You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trans America Protection Corporation from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
